The distribution files already include copies of the manual.
The standard Mac distribution above includes a binary, which is compiled for a variety of processors, including G4 and G5, but not Intel. The following binaries are processor-specific and may run slightly faster. Get the appropriate binary in addition to the standard distribution and replace the standard binary there.
